The Argo Instant Torque Drive System (ITDS) is a revolutionary technology that significantly enhances low-end torque and accelerates faster than traditional drive systems. The Instant Torque Clutch (ITC) is engineered to deliver the perfect gear ratio, smoothly shifting throughout the entire range to utilize the immense power and torque generated by our engines.

Argo's signature one-piece amphibious lower body design allows it to smoothly and durably float over obstacles like snags, stumps, outcrops, swamps, and water.

APS is an innovative technology that improves the way the braking force is applied to the transmission steering differential. 

By adding a spring element between the handlebars and the brake system, we have developed a progressive and dual-rate steering system. 

This new system makes steering events effortless and provides a 4X wider range of steering motion, resulting in the smoothest turning experience possible in an Argo XTV. 

APS technology makes driving an Argo XTV as fun and comfortable as driving a UTV.

Custom-engineered steel offset rims with low-pressure 24” tires feature a paddle design for amphibious propulsion and optimized traction on extreme off-road terrain.

The Argo Classic transmission is a simple design that operates similarly to a mechanical skid steer, providing exceptional maneuverability. To steer the vehicle, the appropriate side of the transmission receives braking force directly, based on the operator's steering input. In both high and low ranges, the Classic transmission allows for zero-radius turns, enabling you to navigate through extreme terrain with ease.

With Argo Progressive Steering (APS) and the Classic transmission, all XTVs in the Frontier Series provide a smooth and comfortable driving experience.
